Ana has been helping me throughout my tenant checkout process, finding new prospective tenants, conducting viewings, completing background checks and necessary paperwork, and the check-in process for the new tenants. I have been very impressed with her courtesy and proactive attitude at keeping me updated all the way. She is lovely to deal with and responsive, and I am so glad to have her and Sutherlands on board. She is also knowledgeable about the new tenancy / landlord rules and has regularly kept me informed of these changes. Thank you for all your help!

I’ve had an excellent experience as a tenant and cannot recommend this property management team highly enough. From day one, communication has been clear, professional and responsive. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and throughly and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. It’s clear that they genuinely care about both the property and the tenants. They provided me with a shop. It was all ok the service was great with dealing with the actual shop. Once I received it the shutter was jammed and I had no contact with the landlord I was only able to speak to them, they called the landlord and they later left me a voicemail to fix the shutter and give them an invoice the invoice. After 2 weeks when I finally was able to meet the landlord he said he has given no authorisation to fix it and they agency have given the wrong advice just so that I wouldn’t keep calling them. I had to pay £600 out of my own pocket for a mistake Shehnaz made. Like I said I appreciate what they done with the finding of the shop and making sure it all goes quickly but the information they gave me costed me £600 so I will not be recommending anyone else here.
