GoogleManipulator, pretends to help but is also looking after his own interest, didn’t renew my contract and made me stay without a contract.
Hi Nabia. You wrote a review that isn't true. Your review is speculative. Since you moved into the property you always asked for a short-term stay i.e 01,03 months etc. Our landlords usually do not do short-term rentals and always looking for long-term clients. However, still, your landlord helped you and allowed you to stay in her property on a short-term basis and signed an agreement. After that agreement you signed, for the last three months, you keep saying you want to move out next month and on the same side asking for a new agreement with a one-month breakable clause. This was not accepted by your live-in landlord. Your live-in landlord did not agree with this proposal as you always told her that you will move out in one month's time. And that you was also only keeping her as an option. Anyway, we always help whenever you needed us. So your review is false. If you still like to discuss this please let me know - info@starestateagents.co.uk. Kind Regards Branch Manager Star Estate Agents.

GoogleThey are nice at first but when it comes to money they will hustle you horrible service, they will keep the deposit no matter how clean you give the property back. BE CARFUL when renting from these peopleNegativeQuality, Professionalism
Dear Merry, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We have tried to find out who left this comment to resolve the matter but can't seem to find who and what property this matter is related to. As you have not provided any contact details and we have never let a property or done business with anyone by the name of ' Merry Jan' we feel that this is not a genuine comment. We work with a very strict moral and ethical code of conduct and we will not take any advantages of our tenants or landlords. So if you feel that you have been wronged please contact us directly and come in to see us and we will be able to resolve any matter. Thanks.
