FacebookOverall, I had a very good experience with a purchase through Northfields Estate Agents. For starters, they actually turned up to the viewing we arranged with them (unlike some other estate agents). They guided us through the entire process and were extremely friendly and responsive throughout. My thanks to the Pitshanger team.

GooglePleasure working with Alessio while on the hunt for a rental property. Very professional and arranged any viewing I wanted on short notice and always by myself (I hate group viewings!). He also stayed closely in touch and made sure to notify me of anything that was suitable to my needs.

GoogleAvoid the agency, even if the advertisement sounds attractive, it is too good to be true. Even if you are desperate, go to another agency. It is better to pay more, but to get better service, that nothing at all and been ripped off as a result.

GoogleWorst agency, worst Landlord!no helpful at all, stay without hot water more then one month!! No boiler in the house! Landlord without permission just walk in the house and start to repaint .....when we are not at home!!! Very bad????????????

GoogleTerrible property managers. They may be fine for sales and rentals but when they are involved in managing the property it will be painful all the time. As little help as possible and seek to blame everyone else for their belligerence.
