We have had many staff deal with our issues and this causes problems.Property Managers seem transient but if you Email the issue to the Business Development Manager it always dealt with so can't complain

GoogleStay away from these time wasters! They took my £500 deposit and turns out the property doesn't even have a valid Help To Buy scheme. Do Not Buy From Them!

Hi Shap, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you're unhappy with the service provided. The £500 fee was non-refunable, the document stating this, was signed at the start of your buying process. The property in question does have a valid Help-To-Buy scheme and as it was nearing the end of the tax year, this process took a little longer than usual. Thanks

Can't speak highly enough of LiFE Residential. My Property Manager, Darcey Nicholls, handled replacement of a leaky shower/mixer tap in my bathroom really smoothly. Liaised with the landlord and plumber and got it fixed with minimal hassle. She kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process, which was incredibly reassuring!

Estate agents totally fine, customer service and property management once we moved in was horrendous. Completely ignored all our attempts at communication when we had issues.
