GoogleDear homesearch team, I would like to thank you for hard effects and work on finding a buyer for my home. I felt you took the time and effect to achieve our goal. We appreciate all your hard work. We wish you well for the future and write this testimony for others to see that if you choose the right agent and have a little trust in them all will work out for the best. Kind regards, Beata and Maz

GoogleAwful organisation and communication - After viewing one of their rented properties, I wanted to get the paperwork sorted straight away, (the house was perfect for me) but it turned out the house wasn't even ready to be lived in yet. After 4 months of waiting, calling and getting ignored, I finally decided to give up and signed a contract for another house. Overall, terrible staff to communicate with, and a badly organised system; if a house isn't ready to be on the market, don't arrange viewings and promise potential tenants that you'll 'be in touch' when you won't.

GoogleI had a very difficult situation as I did not have a guarantor and my dad was earning enough but was not a homeowner. It took a about 3 weeks but Micheal sorted it all out in the end and my dad became my guarantor. I got a lovely home and all the staff were very helpful including Paris, Zainab and Tim. Thank you all very much! Would reccomend them to anyone

GoogleDon't have an option to give 0 stars. The most unethical agency and people who cheat buyers.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you feel this way. It is our client/seller's decision as to which offer to proceed with on their property when selling their home as it is one of their major assets and most likely will proceed with the highest offer on their property. We would like to emphasise that all offers are put forward to our clients and we follow strict protocols for sales. If you will like to discuss this further or would like to discuss your offer further then please do not hesitate to get in contact with us. Kind regards, MD
