We moved into a house which homesearch was marketing. It's been a nightmare all along. Completely give away all responsibility, ignorant, rude, inconclusive, genuinely inconsiderate with the people living in their properties.
Our property was completely full of mold after 2-3 months of living there, and they were just so incredibly helpless.

Dear Jonathan,
In August 2019, when you moved into the property, you were advised that Homesearch Do NOT Manage the property and any issues should be directed the Landlord who Manages The Property himself, as many Landlords op to do.
Once we had drawn up mutually agreed, legally binding, contracts between yourselves and the Landlord, in order to comply with all Government legislation, and upon the tenancy commencing on the day you were moved in and you were given keys our role ended.
Looking at the photos you have posted, and noting the length of the duration of your stay so far, I would urge you to bring this to the attention of your Landlord immediately. For ourselves, we have only ever seen such damage caused to properties previously when it has proven to be the case that Tenants have been drying their washed clothes on radiators with all windows being closed. If that is happening you must ensure there is adequate ventilation.
I implore you to address this situation immediately with the property owner because this is neither good for yourselves or the property itself.

GoogleFirstly, Homesearch is a great agency that listens to you and tries to make everything possible for the tenants. I knew what sort of property I wished to rent, and the managing team was great and accommodating. It was easy to find a nice property, book an appointment to see it, put in some deposit and eventually sign the agreement. All was smooth and easy. Very happy with the service of Homesearh.
I had a horrible situation with my front door, where my son and I couldn't enter our house. Once I reported the problem to the Homesearch team, the manager, Michael Oomerjee, called me back immediately with a few different solutions; knowing that I have a 9y old kid and it was a very cold, wintery day, Michael was keeping in touch to make sure Locksmith came to fix the problem and my child and I were safely at home. Unfortunately, the door problem repeated itself the week after, but under the excellent management of Michael Oomerjee, the issue was resolved and fixed very quickly. I am very grateful that Homesearch has such a humble person who cares for every tenant he comes across. Thank you, Michael Oomerjee, for being a lovely human, taking care of the tenant and treating us like your family. Great person and the best manager I have ever seen. Homesearch is lucky to have you.

GoogleAs first-time tenants, we met with several agents before finalising with Irfan and Chlorissa. Irfan met with us at the property within hours of us making initial contact. Not only was he friendly, approachable and informative, he was extremely helpful throughout the process.
