GoogleI am editing my initially positive review, having finished my tenancy. If only the agency put into ensuring a smooth end of tenancy and prompt return of deposit the quarter of the effort they deploy into getting a tenant in (and that part was very smooth and well handled), they would have kept their five stars. But well, by that point they've already been paid, haven't they.

GoogleWe moved in to our new house, and were told that we would have blinds fitted for when we moved in. This didn't happen and after moving in we were told that we would need to supply our own blinds. Not happy. Also the key broke in the front door lock and the estate agents would not cover the cost as they should. Cost us £250 and were never reimbursed!

GoogleFantastic company who got us into an incredible flat within a week. The staff are very cooperative and responsive and all my queries were dealt with accordingly. One name in particular that stood to me was Mari, as she made sure that my experience was smooth as butter as she constantly engaged myself and the landlord to make sure both sides were happy at all times.

Nobody available from lettings.Then i call back and ask again and this rude chap Jack ask me how long you been in uk and all detail about immigration status.
