I can’t be grateful enough to Leah and the team at the Gibbs Gillespie Ealing Broadway office. Leah truly moved heaven and earth and did everything possible to get my sale to completion - without her, I don't think it would have happened at all. Great support and clear communication throughout

I sold my flat in W5 through Gibbs Gillespie, and the whole process ended up being far more complicated and lengthy than I expected. The market climate was tough, and I lost buyers along the way, which added a lot of pressure and uncertainty to the sale. Throughout the sale, Leah was the person who kept everything steady. I’ll be honest, I was probably a bit much at times, constantly calling, asking for updates, and even popping into the office when things felt like they were stalling. But she never made me feel like a nuisance. She always took the time to explain what was happening, kept me informed without me having to chase, and genuinely supported me through the ups and downs. Her patience and consistency made a huge difference. I also dealt with Luke, Rohan and Irene at different points, and I appreciated their involvement too, but Leah was the one who really carried this sale over the line. In the end the sale completed, and I’m genuinely grateful for her persistence, communication and calm approach during a challenging market. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with her.

What can I say!! After a terrible experience with Lawrence Rand, we decided to market our property with Gibbs Gillespie. From the very start, Tommy was reassuring, warm, and realistic in setting expectations, all of which were delivered. zero care, zero professionalism

Our offer was accepted in March, and we only completed eight months later, an unacceptably long delay caused entirely by Gibbs Gillespie’s failure to do their job properly. Communication was consistently awful from start to finish. We were left in the dark, repeatedly chasing updates that never came, and every response we did receive was just another excuse. Many staff were rude and dismissive. No one seemed to care about us as buyers trying to navigate an already stressful process. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no accountability. The situation worsened when they gave us the wrong keys on completion! They did not care at all, were completely unwilling to make it right, and we had to jump through endless hoops to resolve something that was entirely their mistake. As someone who works in property management, I understand how this process should work and this was the exact opposite. I’ve detailed all of their failings here, and when it is time to add a new property, my company will not touch Gibbs with a ten-foot pole. This whole experience was unnecessarily stressful, frustrating, and exhausting due to their total lack of accountability. If respect and professionalism matter to you, look elsewhere.

An Imaginative Solution to a Short Term Problem

I am in the process of trying to buy a property promoted by Gibbs Gillespie of Ealing Broadway. The service they provide is professional and supportive. As I was about to exchange contracts for the sale of my property in Cambridgeshire my buyer unexpectedly pulled out. I would like to thank Leah Veresammy, Ealing Branch Manager, for helping me find an interim solution. She contacted the person selling the property which, I desperately want purchase and set up a meeting between us. The outcome has been that I am now renting that property until my Cambridgeshire property is sold. I can't thank her enough for her prompt and imaginative action. Leah has also been in touch with estate agents in Cambridgeshire in an attempt to speed up the sale of my property.

Lettings Consultant Ms. Oliwia Stobbe is excellent at her Job

I own a property in Hanwell that I rent out through Gibbs- Gillespie. Over thelast two years a few incidences have ocurred that have not been easy for me to deal with as I live in North Yorkshire. On each occassion these issues were dealt with by Ms. Oliwia Stobbe a Lettings Consultant. Ms. Stobbe is efficiency personified, On each occassion she kept to her word and provided me with all the help and assistance that I required. She is always friendly, pleasant and supportive always offering help if it is needed. She has certainly been a great help to me in sorting out tenancy issues and given her role at Gibbs-Gillespie I would have no reservations about recommending the company. Renting out a property is not always a straight forward matter but by using the services of Gibbs-Gillespie nd Ms. Stobbe in particular I have very little to worry about.

Where do I start... We sold our cherished Flat in Ealing and also purchased our family home with Gibbs Gillespie - Pitshanger. Jason and Patricia helped us find and move in to our dream home before the birth of our first child. Patricia was patient with us on viewings, and helped us work out exactly what we wanted. Jason also ensured our Flat went to the right person, who cherishes it as much as we did. Jason and Patricia were patient with our needs. Rather than try beat us down like other agents we have worked with, they partnered with us to achieve the best outcome. Jason and Patricia are backed by the ever so helpful Kasia and Jo. Kasia ensured that both the buy and sell transactions stayed on track, and gave us the immense support required to see it through to the end - she was our rock.
