GoogleI have rented properties in Ealing for the past couple of years through Dexters and can write an honest review to say I have had a good experience working with them. In my opinion, one of the biggest advantages of Dexters is that they charge their fees on a monthly basis. That means they have the incentive to actually find decent tenants who will stay long term. I worked with another agency who charged up front which for the first few rents caused me no problems. However I then had a couple of really bad experiences with them letting my property as an unlicensed HMO and with tenants who left after a month and I still had to pay them the entire years fee which they took from the first months rent. This put me off completely ever dealing with any agency that works in this way.
I also rent my properties out under full management through them and their management team are polite, efficient and have handymen on their books who don't charge an absolute fortune for simple repairs. Again my experience with other agencies was that this was not always the case.
Without having done any research I doubt unlikely Dexters fees are much higher than any other agency in Ealing and I am certain that the given the size of their lettings team and location of the agency they are likely to have a higher proportion of agents competing to rent your property out and a higher number of potential tenants coming through their doors.
At the end of the day when you are renting a property the biggest thing you have to lose is if you pay your fees up front which I strongly do not recommend and you don't run this risk with Dexters.
If you have not starting renting your property then I can recommend you speak to them. If you are already marketing it then since there really isn't much to lose by trying to rent it via multiple agencies so again you don't have much to lose by speaking to them!
My point of contact there has been Camila who runs the team there and who is very professional and honest which is all you can really ask for.

GoogleI have dealt with numerous agencies in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received. One girl in particular (Lucy) was fantastic, i mean she went way out of her way to accommodate me and my friends when we were looking to move. Not alone did she just arrange suitable houses that met our criteria, but she went out of her way to arrange the viewings that was outside her normal working hours just so that she could accommodate us, the service was fantastic. Within a couple viewings we had found the perfect house, and within one week we had the contract signed and all the necessary paperwork completed & ready to move.
I'm speaking on behalf of myself and friends when I say that I would highly recommend working with Dexters & if you can request to work with Lucy as she was a gem to work with.
I would give a 6th star if I could!!
