As a Landlord , I would highly recommend Dexters Estates Agents.I have nothing but praise for their friendly and efficient service.Additionally the company has access to supporting contractors who enhance their own reputation and therefore no problem is too great or small to be sorted out by reliable and recommended 'in-house' service providers.In particular,I would mention our Property Manager Shernitta Hutchinson who is truly wonderful.Whenever a problem has arisen she always sorts it out brilliantly and immediately.For a Landlord it is essential to be presented with solutions to problems as they arise and she always takes the initiative to provide alternatives to pursue so an immediate decision can be made to sort problem for Tenant.Having run a company myself,she is a truly great ambassador for the ethos of Dexters.A G MEPHAM

Very keen to value your property saying in a written valuation they will contact to market then you never hear from them again. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you they are not interested. Total lack of customer service.
