I'm ending my tenancy with Dexters for personal reasons, however I would like to give Petros Giorganos a 5 star review for being such an amazing executive, thanks for all the support during my tenancy. I will definitely recommend Dexters to anyone.

Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful

GoogleMichael and his team have provided a very impressive service. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and found the right tenants in a matter of days. Since then he has kept us promptly and fully informed while arrangements were made for letting out our home. Everything has been handled in a calm and efficient way, exactly as we were hoping for. I used Dexters as managing agents for 10 years. I have always found them to be highly professional and reliable. Munir in particular has assisted me on 2 occasions when financial pressures have caused huge stress. On both occasions, he has gone over and above the “extra mile” in order to find a satisfactory solution. He has been both professional and approachable showing that it is possible to show a human side even when trying to maintain a business in these difficult times. I would have no hesitation to thoroughly recommend Dexters.

Lucy understands my needs and requirements, which is very hard to find from an agency. I have another property due to go on to the market sometime in the near future and I will not hesitate to make sure it is registered with Lucy and her team. From the start I received outstanding customer service that was professional, polite and prompt throughout.
