A huge thank you to Oliver and Nadine! They both were massively helpful in finding and moving us into our rental apartment. Oliver was brilliant in keeping us up to date as we completed all the paperwork to get our move done quickly as we had a very short timeline! Nadine then took over when we got to move in date ensuring our collection day was going to work and then providing us our keys and confirmation of deposit receipt. Just a great experience overall!

Very pleased with this agency - they were always transparent from the viewing day and we ended up getting the property we liked pretty much thanks to Bojan and his excellent advices/guidance throughout the process. Once our offer got accepted, we then landed in amazing Nadine’s hands, who took care of all our millions queries/requests and was always willing to go above and beyond to resolve them all - thank you very much Nadine for all your support , patience and excellent customer service skills! Terrible service. I spent 2 months without a bedroom door becuse they lost every single email and request for a fix I sent, even though I went into the building each time to ask who to talk to. More recently I've been trying to contact them about rent records, and they've not given any response from voicemails I've sent. If you read this review please fix your email system. I don't know how it's possible to lose 5 emails sent to 4 separate people.

My experience with Churchill Mathson has been disappointing due to a lack of transparency, communication, and fair treatment. The major issue occurred when our full deposit, exceeding 2k, was withheld without prior communication or information about the inventory check. We only discovered this when we initiated follow-ups, making the process of retrieving our deposit an ongoing hassle. Additionally, the agency seemed to prioritise the landlord's interests, charging extraordinary fees for maintenance issues that should rightfully fall under the landlord's responsibility. Unfortunately, the agency did not adequately protect our rights as tenants during this process.

My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, uninformed, and unwelcoming throughout the process. I paid a holding deposit under the impression, based on standard practice and past experience, that the property would be held for me. However, it was not. I was later told this was a "favour" on their part, when in reality, it seemed more like a strategy to keep me as a backup option in case they didn’t receive a better offer. Communication has been consistently poor. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, yet no one ever did. I’ve had to chase them from day one, and there was little to no effort made to keep me informed. The lack of coordination and internal communication within their team caused a lot of confusion and frustration. Overall, this agency left me with a very negative impression, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.
