Paul Charman has been our primary contact and has always been a pleasure to deal with, Paul was excellent helping us find properties that suited our needs and has always ensured that any general maintenance issues of the properties were dealt with in a speedy manner.
Administration fees at borthwicks are extremely reasonable in my opinion.
I have and will continue to recommend borthwicks to anyone looking to rent a property in west London.

GoogleI'm a pretty demanding tenant in normal times, but even more so in pandemic times. Paul from Borthwicks went above and beyond to make sure my fiancee and I had a smooth and safe move and accommodate us; and was very responsive and helpful in finding us a new home we love.
I really enjoyed working with Borthwicks - some agencies especially larger ones can sometimes feel robotic and impersonal and this was not the case at all here. I felt taken care of throughout the entire process with Paul - highly recommended!

GoogleRecently rented a flat in Chiswick from Borthwicks. We have used large agencies to rent in Chiswick before, and when looking again, had friends recommend this place to us. What I liked about them is that they found me exactly the kind of place that we needed based on our requirements. Some of the other agencies we used would insist on showing us places that were clearly what we didn’t want (we needed a step-free place). Lovely staff, extremely responsive, kind and helpful and unlike the last property managers we had who changed every month and gave us zero continuity on follow up, the staff here all seem to have been around for a long time, know the area really well, and have been really thorough with follow ups and sorting out the normal teething issues when we first moved in (something’s not working, etc etc). They also had quite a few properties listed that weren’t listed on multiple sites and hence, we didn’t have to compete with a lot of other people viewing. 😊PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Value
