By the end of the day he called us back with amazing news and went through the application process with us. We sold our house through the winter lockdown. Not the easiest of times to sell and buy. Paul and Johnny were always available, knowledgeable and friendly. However the star of the show for me was Jess. Without her I really don’t think the process would have happened at all. Where do I start!!! If there was 10 star option they would get it It’s been a long road but Your Move Duston you have been amazing right from the word go. Going above and beyond all of the time to make sure our house sold and more so in the last 6months when we really needed our house to sell you worked extremely hard to get us sold. I could write endlessly about the experience with you but as I said where do I start other than AMAZING!! This was our first experience with Your Move Estate Agents (Duston Branch) and it was a fantastic one. We enquired on a rental property very late one evening, and we were contacted promptly the next day to arrange a viewing for a couple of days later. Following a very successful viewing with Charlie who showed us around the property and confidently answered any queries or questions we had, we were delighted to be contacted shortly afterwards to let us know the viewing had been successful and the property was ours if we still wanted it, which we snapped up straight away. The communication since has been punctual and fantastic, all our further questions have been answered quickly and in detail, and we feel very well looked after in preparation for moving in a few weeks time, allowing us to just feel excited rather than stressed.
