GoogleI was encouraged by this estate agent to offer asking to get it off the market, only to then be told the vendor wanted to wait for more viewings. I withdrew my offer (after three warnings) to the estate agent because of the delay. I was then contacted a week later to be told that the vendor had accepted my offer. When I called to check what was happening, I was told that the estate agent had mistakenly contacted me and meant another buyer altogether. I'm very unimpressed with their mishandling of admin, and suspect that they were not fully communicating between me and the vendor.
Dear Georgia, We are extremely sorry that our service has fallen short on this occasion. Unfortunately the negotiator dealing with your offer fell ill and a misunderstanding arose when another colleague picked this matter up. Please accept our apologies for any upset or inconvenience this may have caused. We hope we can assist you in the future and if you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact the office. Kind Regards Bennett Jones Partnership

GoogleThis was our first experience of letting our property but Thomas was really helpful when he first came to see us. We had a couple of issues along the way but everyone we spoke to at the office was happy to spend time to guide us. The cost was reasonable too and included everything we needed. Once we chose our tenants, the process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to all and we'll be back next time (though hopefully not for a while!)
