We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Ryan Smith at Bennett Jones Partnership. Ryan sold our house for us and also helped us purchase the same home a few years ago, and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From start to finish, Ryan was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but he kept everything moving smoothly, kept us well informed, and was always on hand to answer questions or offer advice. What really stood out was how genuinely invested he was in helping everything work out for us. His communication was excellent, and he handled the whole process with calm professionalism and efficiency. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. A brilliant estate agent and a genuinely great person to deal with.

This is our second five-star experience with Bennett & Jones, and once again they were outstanding. The whole team, Jon, Sue, Ryan and Richard, were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout what can be a stressful process. Every query or concern was handled swiftly, calmly and with real professionalism, along with some very welcome good humour when it was needed most. There is an unrivalled level of competence across the whole team, which gives real confidence that everything is being handled properly at every stage. Communication was impeccable from start to finish, and that made a huge difference in the midst of conveyancing madness. If not for Julie and Ryan I would be giving them one or two stars. Cannot fault our dealings with the two of them, but we were very unimpressed that Richard was showing buyers around when they could not afford anywhere near the asking price. If not for the fact that we wanted a quick sale in order to buy our dream property, we would have moved agents. We thought buying and selling through the same agent would make things smoother, and quicker, but even with no real issues the process took 6 months from selling/buying to actual completion. Just worth keeping in mind!

I can't recommend Sue, Richard and the team enough. They were enlisted to sell our property and did so under challenging circumstances at times and in a difficult fluctuating market. We just sold our property through Bennett Jones and although there was the inevitable hiccup in the selling process, Richard was absolutely fantastic. He managed the whole chain absolutely brilliantly and dealt with my tantrums when things weren't going my way! I think if it wasn't for Richard, there was a strong chance our sale/purchase would have fallen through.
