From the point of valuation up until getting the property sold, Ashley was extremely friendly, honest and knowledgeable, her communication has been excellent and she has always been willing to go above and beyond throughout the process. Everyone at George White Estate Agents have been friendly, professional and supportive throughout the sales process. Communication was excellent. If I ever had a query, I had a named person to contact and they got back to me within the hour. When I called in to the office, I was greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The person who was dealing with the admin of the sale itself really did go 'above and beyond' what was expected and was reassuring. I would highly recommend. By far the best estate agents I've used.

She was professional, informative, whilst being understanding and kind. Melissa and Hannah have been superb throughout the whole process. Very helpful and most importantly easy to contact! We used GFW for our purchase and also our sale. Melissa went over and above to make sure both transactions ran smoothly and chased up info at both ends to make sure the transaction progressed quickly. Moving house is stressful but Melissa and team made the process so much easier. The advice on our sale was brilliant. Pitched it perfectly! I was so glad I chose GFW. From the first phone call it was clear that the staff were very helpful and, since we were selling a house from outside the area, they gave us a lot of confidence to leave the whole matter in their hands. They guided us on a reasonable sale price and in fact secured two offers in the first week. Through their quick response time and excellent communication we were able to complete the sale within 3 months! Although their office is a distance from the high street of Barnard Castle, it made no difference to prospective buyers. If anything, it kept timewasters away. I would highly recommend this agency.

All responses were prompt. All queries were answered and honestly. I have sold five other properties over the years. This was the best service I have encountered.
