GoogleI had a great experience renting from Dynamic. They were always professional, responsive, and respectful throughout my tenancy. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly, and communication was clear and timely. The property was well-maintained and move-in ready, and the overall rental process, from signing the lease to moving out, was smooth and straightforward. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in managing the properties. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleA few years ago I had to move to Dynamic Property from my old agent who was outstanding but she retired. Naturally I was worried because I had only bought properties on the strength of having an excellent agent. I need not have worried because they have been amazing. My main point of contact has been Steph, who is brilliant to worth with and gets stuff done, and communicates well because that is one of the problems with any landlord/agent relationship. GoogleSo pleased and relieved to find Dynamic. Steph and Richard have been absolutely amazing since I moved over to them in January. I was in a very tricky situation with a rogue agent (Yieldwise) and Dynamic's brilliant team turned everything around for me. They also have a superb team builders who are very quick. Steph in particular has made sure my properties are repaired, decorated and re-let in no time at all and I couldn't recommend the entire team enough! 5 stars from me :)

GoogleI never new I could get my deposit of £600 from Dynamic property management limited given the fact that it was another company that I got the apartment from but the company went on administrative leave hence, Dynamic property management took over and at the end of my tenancy they inspected the property and no damages whatsoever, despite the fact that my deposit was not deposited to DPS by the previous company yet Dynamic property management released my deposit of £600, I am so excited and all thanks to @steph she played the important role by discussing with landlord and fast track the deposit return.. I will recommend Dynamic property management Ltd any day any time to anybody around North East of England that needed property to rent.. cheers guys…❤️❤️❤️

GoogleI live in a rental property managed by Dynamic Property group (for nearly 5 years). The team have always provided excellent customer service - very approachable and professional. But today, the customer service was exceptional. I reported an issue with my boiler to Fiona, and within 2 mins she had organised for the gas engineer to come and inspect it, within the next hour and a half. Two engineers arrived within an hour, and fixed the problem within approx 20 mins. I am so appreciative - one very satisfied customer. Thank you.

GoogleBeing new landlords from London with property portfolio in Durham County could become a struggle, without a trustworthy management company! We cannot praise Dynamic Property team enough for their efforts in managing our properties! Starting from Richard, who is always happy to assist and incredibly prompt with responses and knowledgeable advice. Then Shirley and Lucy who found us a tenant in no time, during COVID crisis, as soon as viewings became available! Friendly and responsive, Shirley and Lucy made us feel like our property is in good hands. Full five stars to Richard and his brilliant team! Tijana & Clemens

GoogleBeen trying to view a house for weeks. Contacted them numerous times. The house is still empty. Don't know or understand why I haven't been able to view it. I was told on the phone, by one of the rudest and unprofessional people I've dealt with, to turn up on a certain day on a certain time. I did only for nobody to turn up and I had to call. Apparently there'd been a mix up. So I rearranged, waited for the call to confirm the time on the day only for AGAIN nobody to call and me not viewing the house. Very unprofessional.

GoogleI've never missed a payment. Never had an issue or damage etc. Absute law abiding person. Every 6 months they tell me they will Inspect the property but do this in a threatening manner saying in bold and capitals that they have a right to enter using a key and then give a date that they will enter whether I'm there or not. And this being the first correspondence. 3 times they have done this over the last 2 yrs and each time say its a generic letter and will change its context and tone. It is illegal for them to enter without your express permission. Any threat is harassment. If they have entered your property without permission then they have broken the law. Bully tactics and law breakers which are unnecessary. Be aware of your rights.

GoogleUnprofessional, worst property management group I have ever experienced, lack of organization with poor communication skills, unless there asking for money. My next property purchase will be avoided at all costs if Dynamic Property Management is involved in any way. They are unreachable to both landlords and tenants alike via phone or email throughout the year for serious risks within properties. Dynamic Property Management is anything but and do absolutely nothing for the property they manage accept providing false promises with unexplained increases to charges with the sole aim to part you with your money.

The Dynamic and their staff especially who did look after me for the agreement of my Flat, They are totally outstanding. Their services, communication, behaviour, everything was awesome. I really appreciate to “Olivia Peters” who always Look after me and connected with me by online and make every step much more easier for me to take the flat rent.After all I love Dynamic.
