GoogleTerrible company, they try and take your deposit when the house was disgusting when I got the keys I actually left it in a better way than it was given in I done new carpets and new painting. Don’t be fooled by the ratings listen to the negative ones because you will be scammed. They inflate the deposit claims when you want your money back. Another reason to not go with them there “office” is in the middle of no where and have properties 80+ minute round trip just to get paperwork sorted at the end of your tenancy. If this helps at least one person not get a property with these I will be happy with that. Don't even deserve a 1*.

To clarify a few points for accuracy: our office is based in Willington, County Durham, not “in the middle of nowhere,” and its location is clearly stated prior to any tenancy. Property locations and distances are also fully disclosed before move-in.
Regarding the deposit, all deposit disputes are handled independently by the DPS (Deposit Protection Service). This is a separate, government-approved body. We do not make the final decision on deductions, our role is limited to submitting the relevant evidence requested, after which the DPS independently determines the outcome.
We strongly refute any suggestion of scamming or inflated claims. All properties are professionally checked in and out, with reports provided to ensure a fair and transparent process for both tenants and landlords.
We appreciate feedback and always aim to improve, but it’s important that reviews reflect the facts of how the process works.

Every repair I reported got ignored, wasn't warned about trouble from neighbours which apparently has been happening for years then after moving out and leaving the house in clean condition I've recieved a £1800 bill saying the landlord wants to redecorate and I've been given the bill for it. GoogleI’ve been incredibly impressed with Steph at Dynamic. She is thorough, proactive, nothing is too much trouble and communication has been excellent - she always contacts me, I never need to chase her up.
As a remote landlord, getting a property ready for a new tenant has been stressful in the past, but not this time. Steph managed everything for me - she arranged in-between tenancy repairs, collected quotes, oversaw the work, and then found me a perfect tenant in a very short time.
She handled it all so well that I felt completely comfortable leaving everything in her hands. This is exactly how property management should be, but sadly it often isn't. The contrast with my previous letting agent, who I had to chase repeatedly to get anything done, is like night and day.
If you’re looking for a new agent, I would say don't bother shopping around. I can’t fault Steph, and I’m delighted Dynamic came so highly recommended or I may never have found her.
