Avant built an estate at the back of our house. Throughout the process they were either rude or uncommunicative. They have failed to keep their environmental promises and have showed little care in their build and gardens. In one garden, buried just below the service was a whole crate of discarded fizzy drinks!

Waiting nearly 5 years to have mains electrics fixed, customer service is none existent and the head of customer services refused to acknowledge customers, it’s an absolute joke, loads of problems with the house over the years, avoid at all costs!!!!

Render back bedroom still outstanding, bi-fold doors and other window in property still not replaced, broken and missing items (too many to write down) still missing i.e. radiator caps etc. Jenn sales rep ignoring emails not good enough. Litigation ensuing....Avant you were warned!!!!

Do not buy a property from these cowboys (Avant). For over four years I have being chasing them to get the snagging list done still waiting. So now I am taking the to the small claims court and I would advise anyone still having issues with the cowboys (Avant) to do the same.
