GoogleOn balance found the experience neither good or bad. The estate agents would benefit from improving communication skills. Updating clients at regular intervals. Having said that when communication was established it was so done in a professional manner.

utterly rubbish. charged £600 in total for the service and didn't bother to do the important task of submitting my mortgage application. Ignored requests from solicitors and the advisor still hasn't even acknowledged he failed to do his job.

Never use Connells. They are very greedy. They put the property price very high on the market than the valuation amount. We put in an offer on a property and the valuation came almost 40k less.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
