FacebookAn agency that does not inspire confidence and ends the contract stops your deposit without good reasons and good doves , in which owners want to make decorations in the house on the tenants' money... the agency does not help tenants??????

GoogleWe needed our flat estimated just to be told that they can’t be bothered to do it as they had estimated flat next to us and the estimation is the same. Not even considering that our flat is bigger. How unprofessional.

GoogleTried ripping me off.. do not trust
Dear Mr Burrows Following on from our conversation this morning, I explained that when we have multiple offers on a property, these are all put to the vendor for their consideration. They then asked us to go back to all parties to see if anyone wanted to increase their offers. We work for our vendors and followed their instructions. You chose to not increase your offer, another party did increase further. We did not in any way try to “rip you off” but gave you the opportunity to increase your offer to an acceptable figure. If you would like to discuss this further please call me on 01582 696131. Julia
