We was very satisfied about the experience, for us it s the first time we go through something like this.. and for the beginning I was a bit scared about the people I ll meet at the agency. Many time I heard about them bad things but we was very lucky to meet this guys Connor McQuillan and Regan Crawford. They are very nice people, sociable, all the time they answer our questions, they are respectfully. I don’t have nothing bad to say about them ! Unfortunately the property was not safe to live in and we found ourselves at a loose end with nowhere to live. Alexander and Co help us through every step of the way to letting out our first ever property. I called up for a Valuation at the end of March 2022 and that day one of the team was at my property. Stuart has been amazing… he advised us of what we needed to do to the property before letting it out. We were very naive but followed Stuart’s advice and after all works were carried out at the property it is successfully rented out by the middle of August 2022 (we did gut the place so took us a bit of time). I really have to gush about Alexander & Co. My husband and I have been looking for a property to rent. We had been contacting Estate Agents for a while re properties, in general most of them would agree an appointment date to view a property and then not even tell you that it had been rented out until my husband was on his way to the property, a lot also never called you back. However, Alexander & Co I just cannot fault them, the service was A Class. If you called and you were not in, your contact would call you back, if an email was sent they responded promptly and also the referencing process and waiting to hear was just simply amazing. Also I have to add that Connor was our Agent and he was so professional but yet very warm. Connor always either called us back or responded to emails so quickly! We are so happy that we found Alexander and Co!!!!
