GoogleI have been using Alexander & Co as letting agents for my property in Dunstable since December 2010 after a very bad experience with the previous letting agents Lenwell. I have found the service provided by Alexander & Co to be very efficient and the staff clearly have good knowledge of the business...unlike the aforementioned other letting agent. On the few occasions that there have been problems reported to me or to Alexander and Co, they have been very quick to resolve the problems whilst also keeping me and other stakeholders (such as other tenants or agents) informed. Overall, I would highly recommend the letting service provided by Alexander and Co.

GoogleThey come across as very professional and helpful, I had a very good impression. As a prospective buyer I strongly favour them. Many estate agents employ borderline illegal tactics such as "go with our inhouse mortgage advisor and you'll stand a better chance of getting the property you made an offer on" (surely the sellers are primarily interested in the highest and most secure offer?) but not so Alexander & Co, we had a straightforward and honest experience.

GoogleWe've found them to be a kind and professional lettings agent. Having taken on our property from another agent, we've experienced very little hassle and they are always responsive to any queries/maintenance issues we've requested. The contractors they use are trustworthy and professional too, and we feel looked after as tenants.
