For ourselves, a difficult situation due to health reasons, having to put our home on the market. From the outset Sam handled all aspects of the sale with great understanding. He handled the whole process in such a way that I immediately had confidence that viewings would be taken care of despite the difficulties and feed back passed on to us. The point at which the house was “Under Offer”took longer than expected, but not in any way due to Hastings marketing. There was regular contact throughout and all enquiries dealt with in a polite and friendly manner.It can be a stressful time but I am very happy with the way Hasting staff were always ready to help. Awful communication and can totally agree with all the other poor reviews below this. If landlords understood how bad these people are at their roles and customers services with high end properties is shocking.
Big shout out to Olivia as well, who I can put down as one of the worst people to have a CLIENT FACING job I've come across.
Please avoid this agency at all costs for tenants and landlords.
