GoogleFirst class selling experience from start to finish with Waterside Property. The communication from the friendly & very helpful team is excellent. We've instructed many estate agents over the years and Waterside Property is by far the best we've ever worked with. Scott, Nikki & David were outstanding. HIGHLY recommend.

GoogleWaterside was very responsive to our needs. Since we were purchasing our property from overseas this was even more appreciated. They helped us navigate the process, leading to a successful and quick purchase. We are extremely happy with their level of service and communication. GoogleReceived an excellent service from Scott and the team on the sale of our house. Expectations well set. House priced and photographed in a genuinely representative manner, meaning that anyone coming to see the place got exactly what they were promised on the website. The team represented our best interests well, and also went out of their way to best represent the couple who bought out house, helping us agree a fair price for all. Would definitely recommend

GoogleI have lived in Gourock for the past 5 years and when I sold up to move to Dunoon, I registered with all Dunoon based Estate Agents. I found the advice and help I received from Waterside Property to be exceptional. Nikki in the office was very helpful during and after my purchase. I also met David, Caroline and Scott during my viewings. Nice people. Thanks again guys, my property is lovely.

GoogleThe staff here are superb.....friendly, helpful and professional. They are polite and non-intrusive, and not pushy. We have purchased land through Waterside, and most recently, sold our home. We had our first viewing arranged the day before our house actually went on the market and 3 offers within 2 days. The process was smooth and efficient, and should we ever buy or sell on the Dunoon/Kilmun area again....we'd use Scott and his Waterside colleagues again. Thanks guys Moira & Brian T
