I sold my flat with Waterside property recently and would highly recommend. Super quick service and everyone is so helpful and friendly. I enquired at the beginning of May and the sale concluded at the beginning of July! Scott was fantastic with his pictures and the valuation. Chloe was absolutely amazing with the viewings and would always give a detailed rundown of how each viewing went. I definitely felt at ease with Chloe doing all the viewings. Nikki was fab at keeping me up to date of how everything went, giving helpful advice and all round a delight when you popped into the office. Thanks guys!

Waterside Property Dunoon has the most amazing staff who really know their market. Their professionalism and dedication has enabled us to find our new home. Our search took many months because the housing stock available was low and what was coming on to the market snapped up often on the first day of viewing, due to the beautiful area of Argyll and Bute and it’s popularity. However the team at Waterside always kept in touch with us making sure we were aware of any potential properties. Nikki is always on the ball, phone calls and emails always encouraging keeping us positive that we would eventually find our home. Chloe forever patient, showing us around properties until we found the right place and then the whole team supporting throughout the actual sale. We have no hesitation recommending Waterside Property Dunoon to help when searching for a new property.

On the whole they performed reasonably well. The housing market was in a good place and selling was in truth not difficult. We are not now sure that the model of the estate agents doing all the selling contact with the clients is a good one. There were a few minor mistakes in regard to the advertising details which needed corrected. The promised drone footage never happened. We were told that the buyers were cash buyers which technically was not true although it moved us into accepting the deal on offer quickly. When it became obvious that they were in fact in a chain the house was nonetheless declared to be sold (subject to contract in very small letters)and no further advertising was undertaken. This left us for a number of weeks uncertain if the house was in fact sold but the estate agents were not collecting data on other potential parties. As it happened it worked out nut the impression we were given was that once a verbal agreement had been made then they were no longer involved.

First class service from Nikki and Fiona! They listened to my requirements and proactively sought out properties they knew would hit the mark! Their knowledge of the area/surroundings (I was moving 450 miles) was also invaluable and made for a more-rounded customer experience and, overall they showed commendable enthusiasm in all aspects of the job and dealings with me - they clearly enjoy what they do and surely must be a real asset and ‘shop-window’ to Waterside! Of course, a sense of humour helps ... which they both have! I am delighted to now live in Dunoon and I love my new home. Thank you Girls! My one minor comment is that the Office isn’t open at the weekends - and I know Nikki would love to work a 7-day week! Weekends is the only time opportunity potential buyers might have.
