Dear David,Apologies for not coming back to you quicker and I sorry to hear that your experience with Intercounty has not been a good one. We use Trust Pilot as an open forum for both positive and negative reviews, so we can improve and potentially make changes to the Intercounty experience. We pride ourselves on our Customer service and professionalism and am disappointed to hear and read your review. If you are able to elaborate then I would able to look into in more detail, please email Andrewkershaw@intercounty.co.ukRegardsAndrew Kershaw, Area Sales Director
