Overall very good experience. Helpful and efficient.However, I find the administration fees very expensive. I would find it more reasonable to be on the range of maximum 200 pounds.

We will take on board your comments about the fee’s but we do constantly review charges, whilst we are aware that other estate agents charge less, in order to provide the service level we strive to meet, we have increased costs and as such, we have to pass these on.

Generally okay, but make extra charges for lots of things, including an annual admin fee simply for "dealing" with deposits - that are held in an independent scheme.

After a wobbly handover when the company became Intercounty a few years ago, they have become an efficient , easy to deal with, letting agency that always get us decent tenants. Intercounty keep us informed in changes to the law, maintenance problems and any issues with the tenancy. After discussion they then deal with any issues or problems accordingly.

Myself and my husband were very impressed with the service provided by Intercounty, in particular our sales progressor Doug who was efficient, calm and kept things moving in a timely manner. He also very kindly arranged access to the property when we had builders needing to quote which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Intercounty's services.

Dreadful company. Employs bullies and incompetent time-wasters. Lets out properties that don't meet environmental standards. There's lots of letting agents out there, choose a different one!

You will recall over the 10 years of your tenancy that regular property inspections were made which ensure compliance.
