GoogleTotally professional and friendly service from Eamonn and Dolores. They are so knowledgeable about the market and gave us very valuable advice concerning presentation and pricing. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were always available. That applies to their team also - one saw that the for sale sign had blown down and they stopped to fix it, even though it was their day off. Highly recommended.

GoogleI would highly recommend using the REA Spratt team if you’re looking to buy a property/premises. Dolores helped us buy our first home. Dolores and the rest of the team work around hours to suit you, they offer fantastic advice, and they were able to speed up certain aspects of the purchase through their contacts in the area. We would definitely use them again if we were looking to buy/sell.

I decided to all take his advice on board and trust that with his experience and knowledge he knew what he was talking about. You might hear him say “trust the process” and that is exactly what you should do. Take on board what he has to say and just do it. As first time buyers, we had little to no knowledge of the process of purchasing a property but thankfully Dolores helped us in every step of the way. Not only is Dolores a negotiator, but to me, she was also a counselor, who eased my mind as I had so many questions and she was always very patient. She was a teacher as she guided me through the on line stuff that I was unfamiliar with. She always answered my calls and all my emails were answered very promptly also.
