GoogleAs I live outside Ireland, Éamonn and team, looked after everything removing much of the frustration normally associate with this, they made the whole process a delight, readily contactable at all times and took on actions very promptly. How very refreshing to find a auctioneer which made the journey a very stress less affair, process went smoothly and we found the agency to be professional, transparent and very personable in all their dealings, would highly recommend the fantastic family business of REA Spratt with huge experience and knowledge of property market. You couldn't be in better hands.

GoogleI am renting with REA Spratt from 2014. I still remember how a few years ago Dolores showed me an apartment in which I fell in love and I am in it to this day. Dolores and Ann are very professional agents who always provide help and good advice. both may even an angelic patience to listen to our problems and solve them as much as possible. During these 8 years I have received a lot of support and I can recommend REA Spratt with a pure heart, especially these two ladies for whom not only landlords are important but also tenants happines and making them feel as comfortable as in their own homes! 👌

GoogleTrust, professionalism and loyalty are very important when you are buying or selling property, I've had the pleasure of dealing with REA Spratt when selling one house and buying another and couldn't fault them, but those aren't the only reasons I go back. It's the personal touch, it's knowing that they are on your side and always on the other end of the phone, whether you are buying, selling or renting. I love their marketing tactics too, they sell Dungarvan beautifully. I couldnt conclude this review without mentioning Dolores who makes sure everything runs like clockwork and makes it look so easy.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
