I would just like to thank all the staff at your move who have been tremendous over the last few years helping me finding accommodation. Firstly I have to mention jade and vicky as they are amazing at what they do and are always very professional and they helped me get my first let accom in townhill. Douglas well I can imagine is the quiet one and a very sound young man who telephone manners are top drawer..hmmm now Fiona what can I say about her apart from her securing my first property she is a lovely lady who knows her job. Firstly I have no idea who wrote terrible staff & terrible service but it must be a fake review!! I have recently sold a second property with Your Move & on both occasions the service has been better than good! On this occasion I have been dealing with Douglas who is very professional at what he does. Every question I asked was answered / every time he said he would call back he did & I have been kept up to date every step of the way so far on how the sale is progressing. I would also like to point out that i have also dealt with other members of staff at the Dunfermline Branch & everyone who I dealt with was very happy to help & very pleasant. 10 / 10 every day of the week. Extremely unhelpful. Put an offer in for a house first, which I was told was first come first serve. Was told they would get back to me once they'd spoken to the landlord. Next day still hadn't heard anything. Phoned up to be told the property was given to someone else, and a voicemail had been left for me- not true. I didn't get any missed calls or voicemails. Just trying to cover their own back. Awful company with awful customer service. Won't be using them again.
