GoogleWebsite is quite poor. It takes far to long to navigate houses for sale, without having to give out your personal details. I don't someone giving me a hard sell before I'm even in the market.....😡 …

GoogleWe called Amazing Results - Mr Colin Jenkins in to help us to sell our property in the Island of Lewis that we thought it would be difficult to sell because of the remote place. He quickly assessed the property and set advertising in just a couple of days. We got interested visitors really soon and two offers in a couple of weeks. We accepted an offer which went just over our expected price and with Colin ' s extraordinary support could complete the sale to full satisfaction both of us as sellers and the buyer in due time. We'd highly recommend Amazing Results and Mr Colin Jenkins for any commercial real estate needs. Not only did he get our property sold quickly, but he did everything he said he would during the selling process - listings, photos, paperwork, everything - timely and efficiently. He was always at reach when we needed his advise during the selling process. THANK YOU, Colin and THANK YOU, Jane! - Fernando and Claudia Rettberg - Isle of Lewis,Western Isles, Scotland - St Peter Port Guernsey”

GoogleMyfanwy.... where to start.... 1st viewing left us waiting 30mins as she had confirmed viewing in the morning and then forgot about us come 11am. When arrived she needed to know who was who and what relations we had. We avoided to tell her as everyone around us that she refused entry to an other gay couple for a viewing. Yes we are a gay couple.... bad points already. You could feel she did not want us to get the house. Our solicitor is absolutely shocked of the way she has dealt with handling our offer. We are looking into this and if needed will be taking this future. I do not recommend this company as it is definitely not Amazing results at all. Myfanwy now is avoiding responding back to our communication. This is shocking, hurtful and disgusting.

GoogleI am very wary of estate agents but Colin has proved me wrong. He has provided better service than I could have hoped for. Professional, diligent and incredibly hard working, he's found me a perfect buyer in tricky circumstances, at a great price, very quickly. Take the stress out of selling and choose Colin. I Can't recommend highly enough.

GoogleFrom start to finish Myfanwy Ann Rowe from Amazing Results did a truly brilliant job securing a purchaser well before we expected our land to sell. She negotiated a good sale with a potentially challenging purchaser, who felt would pull out at any moment but didn't!
"Thank you Derek and Clare. It was a pleasure working for you, and am pleased for you in that we achieved the desired result. Take care both. Myfanwy"
