AMAZING RESULTS! Estate Agents Dunfermline reviews

We approached Amazing Results as they have sold most of the houses in our area in the last few years and were highly recommended. Colin Jenkins was very professional and reassuring from the word go. We hadn’t sold a house for 25 years and Colin spent time taking us through each stage explaining everything fully. He was also able to help, if we needed it, with other professional contacts. It took around a week from our first meeting to the house being on the market and everything went smoothly. Colin managed all the viewings and allowed plenty of time for these. He gave us regular feedback and was at the end of the phone if we needed to get in touch about anything. Would highly recommend Colin Jenkins of Amazing Results. C & D Finlay, Culross

Colin was absolutely excellent as an estate agent. From our very first appointment, he clearly explained the whole process from start to finish, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. He made what I expected to be a very daunting experience feel so much easier and more manageable. Having lived in the property for 40 years, I really didn’t know what to expect, but Colin gave me all the reassurance and guidance I needed throughout. He took control of everything, kept things moving quickly, and the house sold far faster than I had anticipated. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his professionalism and support. I would highly recommend Colin to anyone looking to sell their home.

Colin Jenkins was very professional and friendly throughout all our transactions. (My son was a first time buyer and had given permission for his dad and I to discuss the sale on his behalf as he was at work during office hours.) Colin was already at the premises when we arrived with lights on and all doors etc unlocked for easy access ready to inspect. He guided my son through the process of making an offer and buying ( it is over 30 years since my husband and I last bought property and we were very out of date with current processes). He helped him find a mortgage advisor who then found him a great fixed rate mortgage literally minutes before the rates went up. The advisor also got him really good house insurance far better than our own. (We know which company we are going to when it's time to renew). Colin also recommended a solicitor with a good pre agreed basic fee plus outlays. Colin followed up a few weeks later to find out how things were going. Colin chased up the solicitor when I said we hadn't heard anything recently (my son & husband, unlike me, were very reluctant to push them for information) and he got back within minutes with an update. I always felt I could contact him if there was a problem regarding the house purchase and he would do his best to respond quickly with an answer. I would recommend Colin to anyone thinking of buying or selling property in the area. The seller was using an estate agent who definitely knew how to sell property helping not only his seller get a quick sale but also the buyer find the property he was looking for and very quickly putting him in touch with contacts he needed. Thanks again Colin for making the process a lot less painful than it might have been.

Wow! We’ve met Colin on a couple of occasions while looking for our next home, and there are not enough great words to describe the experience.. His enthusiasm, knowledge and customer care is above and beyond and he’s now secured our new home for us!! We’ve bought and sold many houses over the years in England, Wales and Scotland and If we were ever selling a property in the future he’d be the only one we would contact to help. Thanks Colin, you are amazing at amazing results

We had viewed a few houses with other estate agents but did not get the quality we had from Colin at Amazing Results. A font of knowledge and lots of advice to help with our purchase. He gave us the time to look round the property and we were not rushed at all. Colin was really efficient sending us information and offered some great recommendations for mortgage advisor and solicitors, both of which have been exactly like Colin, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Thank you for making this so easy.

We were blessed to have Lynda looking after the sale of our property. She was so attentive and made herself an expert on our house. Our initial sale fell through because of a complicated chain, but Lynda was able to pivot and secure us another buyer within a week. Both times she sold our house after one day of viewings. A true professional, and we're so grateful to her for her expertise!

I couldn’t recommend Lynda highly enough. From start to finish she was professional, approachable, and always went the extra mile to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent, she kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt confident I was in safe hands throughout. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients, Lynda is the one to go to.

After our house sitting on the market for 6 months with another well known "Estate Agents", we met Colin Jenkins who helped us buy our new home. Our house was remarket professionally by Colin and his team, and secured a sale within 6 days! The difference? Colin knows what he is doing and actually cares. You may think that calling a company "Amazing Results" is a bold statement, but it is completely warranted.

Colin made the purchasing process for my first property very streamlined and simple with his professional attitude and knowledge. He was extremely communicative and proactive throughout the entire process, as well as always being easily contactable for any questions I had - often acting as a reliable intermediary between myself and the seller. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Amazing Results and Colin Jenkins to all looking to sell in the Fife area. From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.

"We had a fantastic experience with Colin. During our viewings, he gave us the perfect amount of space to explore the property and discuss things privately, which we really appreciated. Colin wasnt just helpful with house-specific questions, but also took the time to explain the 'ins and outs' of the buying process, which was incredibly reassuring. Plus, he is always quick to respond via email whenever we need anything. Highly professional and highly recommended!"

As soon as we met Colin from Amazing Results we knew he was the only choice to sell our property. Great insights into the market, excellent background research and he did all the heavy lifting when it came to organising home viewings that were genuinely interested in our property. Talked us through the process and provided us updates every week on our house sale keeping us in the loop all the way through. Highly recommend. Martin

We recently used Amazing Results for the sale of our property and the purchase of another. We found them to be professional and excellent in all our dealings with everything going smoothly. They achieved a higher than expected sale price on our property and had it sold in 3 days! Our contact was Lynda who went above and beyond in everything she did for us. She was available at any time with help and advice whenever it was needed. Amazing Results is not your run of the mill Estate Agent it is much better than that! We would certainly not hesitate to highly recommend Lynda and the team to anyone looking for their services.
