AMAZING RESULTS! Estate Agents Dunfermline reviews

A big thank you to Amazing Results! and your agent, Myfanwy Rowe, in particular for the terrific service provided in the sale of my late fathers house in the Highlands. Because she is based locally we were able to meet Myfanwy at short notice, prior to us returning home to the South of England. From that point on she kept us well informed of progress and provided sound advise on the best way to proceed at each stage. She was pro-active in arranging and conducting viewings, generating plenty of interest, and in arranging surveys, contact with adjoining property and ultimately negotiating a very fair price in a more than reasonable time. Myfanwy was always prompt and responsive and her local presence made all the difference to this long distance transaction. A pleasure to do business with at a sometimes difficult time. Highly recommended.

We have been purchasing a house as a first time buyer through Colin and I can truly say he has been amazing! He has been a great intermediary between the seller and ourselves and a great font of knowledge. When the mortgage was proving to be a pain Colin was calm and reassuring, he was also amazingly polite and patient with the kids on the viewings. It all makes a huge difference and I can highly recommend Colin and Amazing Results :) Tracey & Barry

We chose Amazing Results to sell a property after Colin recently supported us in buying our home. Again Colin remained professional and transparent. He kept us abreast of the viewing status so we were confident that he was working hard on our behalf - in fact our property was sold within the month! I would highly recommend Amazing Results if you are buying or selling a property.

We had went through the house viewing, offering processes with so many agents and we were left really disheartened UNTIL we came across a house that was being sold by AMAZING RESULTS! Honestly we were lost for words when we met Colin! Absolutely amazing person, so upfront, honest, kind and considerate. He told us everything we needed to know, really supported us and gave us advice that no-one else was willing nor able to offer. Our first experience of our new home was such a wonderful, heartwarming experience and I’m excited to always remember that as we move in and spend the coming years in our home. Hopefully we won’t be looking for another house anytime soon but if we are, I don’t think we will wonder “what estate agent?” I know we will say, “Let’s get Colin, from Amazing Results!”

My property was on a market for almost 2 years without any success, when I've decided to change the agency. Judith from Amazing Results Aberdeen was absolutely amazing from the minute I've met her. Honest, resourceful, friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. Within the first few weeks I had more viewings than over previous 2 years! She dealt with all viewings and kept me in the loop. Always available to answer any questions. I can't praise and recommend her enough!

We first met Colin when we bought our house, as he was the selling agent for the previous owners. Now nearly 5 years on we chose him to sell it again as we felt he had the knowledge of the property from previously marketing it. It is not often that sellers on the island use agents from the mainland but Colin was our main choice when we decided to relocate back to the mainland. We haven’t been disappointed. AR and especially Colin have been fantastic, with regular weekly updates on progress and arranging viewings with us. The downturn in the economy was a bit of a hassle but Colin kept us hopeful with his good humour and professionalism, eventually securing an offer on our property. He is still keeping us up to date on the progress of the sale and we are thankful to him and his team for the service they have provided. Maybe he might knock a bit of our bill for this Amazing Review. Lol

Colin and Kevin Jenkins of Amazing Results are the agents selling the flat I am buying in Edinburgh. They have been amazingly flexible in their approach and have responded to queries quickly and clearly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have been open and responsive to repeat viewings, endless questions and requests. I have bought and sold many properties but this company has to be the most professional and reliable I have ever come across. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a service orientated agency to sell your asset.

I would again like to recommend Myfanwy Rowe of Amazing Results as a very competent, professional estate agent with a friendly and very businesslike manner that put us at ease throughout the whole process. Myfanwy has dealt with two transactions for us, both went through without any issues, and it was a pleasure to work with her.

It was a pleasure to have Catriona at Amazing results manage the sale of our property. She made a potentially stressful process go very smoothly. From our very first meeting, she made us feel confident in her ability and experience to manage the sale. We were kept informed at every stage, and Catriona went out of her way to keep the sale moving forward. We were very pleased and satisfied with the service provided.

Amazing Results acting on behalf of the seller has left a great impression with us as buyers. They provided a lovely house tour which was informative and friendly. They have been proactive from the start with organising the viewing and sending the home report and throughout have been helpful and responsive with their communications.

I liked Colin since the first time I met him. From his superb presence, to his knowledge, experience, and selling techniques, everything pointed to a great experience. And how amazing it was! He listened attentively to my requirements and sold my property within 5 days of going into the market. And for a very good price! He made sure that the whole experience was seamless and was quite reassuring on every step of the process. You will never go wrong if you choose AMAZING RESULTS! to sell your property.

An amazing result indeed. Colin Jenkins provided all the information and guidance we needed to get our property on the market and ensured we had interested viewers within a day of the sale going live. He was very professional throughout, was always available when needed and took full control over the viewings and we received an offer which exceeded our expectations within the first week. He made the process as quick and easy as it could be. Thank you Colin.

After some very helpful advice from Kevin my house was put up for sale. Before I knew it the process had all been thoroughly explained to me. Only two days after the advert appeared about ten prospective buyers had been lined up. Kevin dealt with all the viewers. The third person to view it was very interested and put in an acceptable offer. Kevin had sold my house. All the work to change deeds etc was carried out quickly and efficiently. Thanks Kevin.

This small company  is very efficient, reliable and takes a great interest in the seller and the history of the property, which many larger companies don't. Colin,  doing the public facing  is very personable, positive and a good salesman without being too pushy . Knows how to suggest ways round objections . He personally does the viewings and follows up on every viewing. My property is circa 1700, and quirky and he still got it sold for me I would happily recommend him.

Thanks to Catriona and the team at Amazing Results, the experience of selling my property was by far the most satisfactory and least stressful experience of its kind that I have ever had both north and south of the border. From the speed with which a better offer than I could have hoped for was secured to the timely completion of the whole process plus everything in between, the service was first class. Absolutely fabulous. Noel Whitbread

Excellent service from Myfanwy in Wester Ross when selling our family property. We had several false starts as prospective buyers own sales fell through, making them unable to proceed with our property. Despite these setbacks, tenacity on the part of Myfanwy led to the sale finally completing. Since we no longer live locally, Myfanwy’s local presence was a huge plus in managing viewings, arranging home reports and surveys etc. This, when added to her extensive local knowledge of the market on the West Coast, made choosing Amazing Results (but really choosing Myfanwy to be honest) a no-brainer. We can thoroughly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling on the West Coast. You will find her friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional.

I hadn't put a house up for sale for a few years and was expecting the worst! But I was pleasantly surprised that the process went fairly smoothly and I had little to do myself as Amazing Results dealt with everything. Colin Jenkins was very professional and allayed my fears as things didn't go quite as expected. So I thoroughly recommend this company and would use them again without a second thought.
