FacebookGale at McIntyre Properties has been amazing and extremely supportive throughout the sale of my property. I was updated by her with feedback after each viewing, and she provided an excellent customer service to me and prospective buyers throughout the process. Gale handled each viewing herself. I know how much she accommodated requests to view and provided me with sufficient notice each time. Gale quickly achieved an over asking price offer for me in a tricky market. I would have no hesitation recommending Gale and McIntyre Properties 🥰
Thank you Rachel for your lovely feedback - 🙏💕

FacebookI have recently bought and sold a property using McIntyre Properties and the service I have received has been excellent. I don't know where Gale finds the hours in the day as she always seemed to be on hand to host viewings, handle offers, contact surveyors etc and also to contact any professionals that I required, nothing was ever a bother to her. My experience of buying and selling with McIntyre Properties has been stress free and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
Thank you sooo much for your kind feedback Lesley. I really appreciate it and glad your experience with us was excellent 😊

FacebookVicky McCash - Estate Agent has provided an excellent service selling our house and we would highly recommend her to any of our friends. The marketing materials were outstanding and showed our property's best features. She has advised and been on hand almost 24/7 for us. Her knowledge and advice has been second to none - it felt like we were her only client with the level of service she provided. She has been extremely professional but also very friendly - just the right mix to be able to get to know her clients. She secured the sale of our property within 24 hours of it going on the market. The huge bonus was the sale price was way over the asking price which is testement to her outstanding skills. Absolutely amazing!
Thank you for your kind words Lynn. We are delighted you chose to work with McIntyre Properties As a small business we pride ourselves on giving our best to each of our clients, that VIP service 😊 Thank you for recommending Vicky McCash - Estate Agent 🙏

Facebook‼️ AVOID McIntyre Properties in Dundee!! ‼️ They employ agents who lie to potential buyers so they can get a quick sale and scam them out of more money and when you call them out for it, they deleted the comments and block you. That’s 100% a sign of guilty behaviour. What more are you trying to hide? Vicky McCash you should be ashamed of yourself
Thank you for your comments Danni, I'd like to respond on behalf of McIntyre Properties. This issue is in relation to a valuation provided by Vicky. An estate agent cannot set the value of a property, this can only be done by a Surveyor. We use our knowledge of the property market to inform clients what we think the value would be but do not set the value. We are a growing business who are committed to doing the best for our clients and wish you had contacted us privately in the first instance so that we could have taken the time to explain this in more detail to you. Unfortunately you comment is not only inaccurate but unfair and can have a detrimental impact to a small business. Please do reach out privately if you would like to discuss this further and we'd be happy to continue the conversation. Kind regards.
