GoogleWe used Easylets as our letting agent for over 3 & a half years. I cannot fault their service. They are efficient & professional. If you want ‘hassle free’ property management then I would highly recommend Easylets. We stopped using Easylets simply because it was the right time for us to sell , otherwise we would still have Easylets as our agent.

GoogleBooked 5 property viewings to see in one day. Travelled 2 hours and the letting agent did not turn up. Phoned the office to find that 3 of the viewings had been cancelled and they hadn’t thought to inform me. The 2 properties I did see were absolutely filthy and in a poor state of repair.

GoogleBooked several viewings and they all were cancelled for no reason, rebooked viewings at different times and went into the office to ask about cancellations - this happened several times. I was told I was still booked in and to ignore any cancellation emails and to show up to the property. I did this and waited over fifteen minutes, no one showed, phoned the office and was told it was cancelled and that I received an email of cancellation. The exact email they told me to ignore. They are very unorganised and mess you about, cancel constantly with barely any notice and have poor communication. I would be cautious booking viewings with this company as they will most likely be cancelled within a day of booking.

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience. We had a booking with a man with black greasy hair. He was just terrible. Rude from the offset, kept making cheeky remarks. He took us to a property that he never even knew if the current tenants were going to be in or not. They weren't in but were still staying there. He had no regard for COVID whatsoever and wanted us to walk around this poor persons home when they weren't in. Never experienced anything like it. Don't know how this guy is in a job with the complete lack of professionalism. Either that or EasyLets are desperate. I may add Samantha on the phone was very polite. She needs to get herself out of this awful company.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleCancelled viewing close to the viewing time which was very inconvenient since I was already on the train. Does not seem very trustworthy.

We try to avoid cancelling appointments on the day of the viewing as much as possible but sometimes this is unavoidable. We'll always aim to reschedule your appointment where possible but appreciate this is not always easy particularly if you do not live locally and have made travel arrangements to come to viewings. YellTerrible communication, unhelpful and obstructive
I do not rent with easylets however I live in a building with a property they manage. I have been trying to contact the owner of the flat they manage for over a month now about a leak in the roof. I've emailed and phoned multiple times but receive no response. The damage to our building is on going and we cannot commission repairs to the roof until all flat owners are contacted, it's a complete nightmare.If I ever decide to rent my flat out (if it's worth anything at the end of all this water damage) it will definitely not be with easylets!

Hi Alex, Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with our booking software. Our level of enquiries is currently at an all time high and unfortunately it means that viewing appointments for some properties become fully booked very quickly. In the past 2 weeks alone we have had over 1,500 enquiries for a total of 20 available properties. Additionally, some of the properties on our available list are currently occupied and so this means access to those properties is limited, depending on the access dates given to us by the tenants. While we would like to offer a viewing appointment to all those who submit an enquiry, that is not always possible in the current market. If you have submitted you details via our online booking software to view a property that currently does not have any viewing slots, our software will notify you as soon as a viewing appointment becomes available. You can also enter your property requirements and you will be notified of similar properties that meet your criteria as they become available. All the best, Easylets Ltd
