GoogleWe recently sold our house through Lavelle's. Having decided to move, we wanted to select an agent who would provide a relatively stress free experience. From our first meeting with Joanne we got a feeling Lavelle's would be best placed to do this. For us, the ability to showcase our house to genuine buyers through the YouTube and social media channels was a huge plus. The YouTube channel is quite unique, providing a virtual viewing of houses for sale in Dundalk! This gives potential buyers a great feeling for a home before an official viewing! This promotion resulted in multiple viewings to fit our pre-agreed schedule from day 1, with offers being made immediately. Within 3 short weeks we were in a position to accept an offer. All of the team in Lavelle's were a great help throughout the process to complete the sale. We were delighted to work with this local independent estate agent and are looking forward to the future in our new home!

GoogleSadly poor customer service (bordering on unprofessional) received. After numerous follow ups and repeated requests for information, due to tardy responses and feedback, I missed out on a property I wished to purchase. Everyone is busy l, we get it, but this business impacts savings, homes and lives - I experienced little care or concern for customer needs. A little more consideration would go a long way.

Facebookabsolutely awful to deal with, told us lies about house we were looking at and eventually bought, they just say whatever to get their sale and have no consideration for the buyer, found Michael and Joanne Lavelle both very unhelpful and rude on the phone. used our home as a show house after they sold the original show house, we had paid for painting, which we had been told was included in price but it wasn't, he also told us we had first choice of houses when we enquired about them, we were first to view and were interested in the first house but he sold it without telling us and then phoned telling us we should pick another house knowing he had sold the one we originally looked at, and then we had to pay extra for painting after we had been told it was included , no apology or empathy, found him very rude. also house wasn't ready when we were originally told it would be, and wasn't professionally cleaned out properly after builders Lavelle told us to clean it ourselves.

Most of our dealings was with Audrey and she really helped to reassure us that we were doing everything correctly and keeping us in the loop of updates. GoogleJoanne and Michael are two super agents. We had a property to sell which was commercial and residential which made was very complicated. They did a super job in very difficult circumstances. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher and would definitely use them again. 10/10

GoogleContacted Joanne, Audrey and Eve Ann for a second opinion further to difficulty getting viewings for our house which had been placed on the market a number of times. We were reassured that there was nothing wrong with the house or the area. Adopting a different approach to other agents , they notified a list of already compiled clients with a particular spec and price in mind for which our house criteria matched. We contacted them in November, the house went sale agreed in December and sale was completed eleven weeks later. Very organized, very communicative, very professional. Small team used to working together. Non franchised with good local knowledge. Highly recommended

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Lavelle both as renters and house purchasers. Audrey, Eve-Ann, Claire and Michael acted with complete professionality and true customer service at all times. While renting, any issues we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our house hunt and subsequent purchase was made painless, even despite the difficulties brought by COVID-19. They are a great team and it was always a pleasure to deal with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
