I used Michael Lavelle Estate Agents to carry out a valuation on our new build for the bank and the whole process was very straightforward. They were extremely easy to deal with and friendly from the first phone call. Maggie in particular was brilliant. As we hadn’t actually been able to see inside the house yet since it was finished, she kindly sent us a few photos from the visit so we could see what it looked like. That extra effort was really appreciated. Overall, a very smooth and professional service and I would happily recommend them for anyone looking to get a valuation done.

We employed the services of Joanne at Lavelle’s for the selling of our house and the purchase of our new home. Well, what can I say ? It’s not often that I come across someone who works so effortlessly at what they do that it leaves me in awe of them. That’s what myself and my family have said about Joanne. She just has a natural flair for what she does. Very approachable and very real. Quietly confident in what she does, and so she should be ! Myself and my family were sitting at our table talking about our move. I said to my daughters that I believe a house chooses the new owners and my daughters response was, yes, that’s true but Joanne is like the sat nav that guides you there ! Of the five, we chose Lavelle's as Joanne got back to us the fastest with a considered assessment of the sale and details of how they would proceed. At all times we felt that we were being kept up-to-date and fully informed by the Lavelle team on the latest developments, and that they were proactively searching for buyers (At one point, on a call to tell us that a sale had fallen through as the potential buyer had pulled out, they also informed that they had found another buyer). AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! If you need someone to sell your property or do a valuation, look elsewhere. They advertise, 2 days for a valuation but here we are 4 weeks later and no valuation... Carried out a valuation on a Monday 26th of June and today, 26th of July we are still waiting... Joanne went on annual leave the next day for 3 weeks without prior notice. We followed up, 4 weeks later, to be told a colleague is on annual leave and needs to be consulted with. We are in the situation of our own house going for auction tomorrow and no idea how much we can accept. Also still waiting on a response to 2 emails sent over the month, to no avail. Clearly customer satisfaction is not what these guys strive for and are hugely incompetent.
