GoogleWe would like to share our fantastic experience with cater and king team specially James Hughes who helped us in our house purchase in rugby . He was very helpfully and very professional . He was always there for us when we need help by calling or emailing. He gave us a great impression about Carter & king . We were so lucky to continue our purchase process which it took almost 3 month with Sharon , she was very professional and helpful from the start to end .

HE was one of the main reasons we knew we were in good hands and why we fell in love instantly with the house. Then the fabulously tenacious Joel took us under his wing to get us through a swift completion (even in the middle of a global pandemic). Constantly keeping us up to date with any changes / alterations and finally (after three attempts elsewhere) got us over the line! GoogleBought a property thru them. First day when I met the agent he was decent looking with suit and very professional looking overall. Second (same house) viewing had no issues. Could make third and fourth viewing if I would want. Purchase process toke for a while, but that's mainly legal things. Best thing that I could call Carter and King agents and they will chase for me everything. If I will sell the house in the future I will sell it thru them.

GoogleA shame, polite staff, but service left wanting more. I have the feeling they want to do well but are too stretched to do so and therefore a tick box approach to meet an objective to update you - No real in depth sales reviews and clear actions for both parties on how to move the property quickly and at best price. Poor follow up on requests. I do hope they can get to the much needed improvement - I believe they are trying
