GoogleRecently purchased a property through Cathedral City. Couldn't be happier with the service they offered. Quickly understood the type of family home we were looking for and contacted us extremely quickly when such properties became available. Were happy to organise viewings at times that suited us and our children. Maintained good contact with us throughout the purchase process. Cannot comment on fees as we were buying not selling, but I would imagine our seller's would have been pleased with the speed and professionalism with which their house was sold.

GoogleAn excellent, friendly and efficient service was provided by Markus, Nicola and Pam throughout the whole process of our recent property sale. They arranged the home report, did all the viewings and secured a good price for our property . We had a couple of hiccups along the way but these were quickly addressed and new leads quickly generated when necessary. Markus, Nicola and Pam's knowledge of the local market, their local networking skills and their High Street presence all proved invaluable in the selling process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe were delighted with the service from Cathedral City. We were on a tight schedule and lacked local knowledge. Nicola took us round one property twice in three days, and was generous with her time, and straightforward and helpful. We dealt mainly with Nicola, but other staff members were prompt and equally helpful in keeping us up to speed in Nicola’s absence, and in providing good advice e.g. on local solicitors and cleaners. When we moved in, Cathedral City gave us flowers and a card - a thoughtful touch.

GoogleAll the staff at City Cathedral Estates were superb. Professional, helpful and made me feel as though my house was the only one they were dealing with. It's important to have a local agent if you are selling in the outskirts of Dunblane - as properties can fall off the radar. With City Cathedral Estates, they can give you that local presence, which is essential. They did a great job for me, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI have sold a property and subsequently bought another property with Cathedral City Estates in the last 18 months. I would say that i have found the team to be very professional and helpful. They have an excellent location on the high street in Dunblane to promote your property. I found their schedules to be of very high standards and their knowledge of the local area is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them should you be buying, selling or renting.
