GoogleI have not really been in trouble before when the situation happened I had another solicitor that left Me three days no help that's lindsays solicitors don't use . GoogleI give Walker & Sharpe my highest recommendation. Having purchased property before with other solicitors and companies I have some experience and they are the best by a considerable margin. My confidence in them is 100% due primarily to their fantastic communication skills and attention to detail. The solicitor we dealt with, Joshua Ward, was very attentive to any issues that arose, dealt with everything efficiently and promptly. In short , we felt well looked after at all times even when he went on a short leave and our affairs were overseen by a colleague. The administration staff were also a joy to deal with and easily facilitated any identification or financial arrangements. First class solicitor's firm.

YellWelcome advise from Walker and Sharpe Solicitors
We are English and trying to buy a property in Scotland. We found the perfect chocolate box cottage near Dumfries in Scotland . Everything looked perfect with no signs of any work that would need undertaking. We agreed a price with the vendors . On asking for the home report we were told a hard copy was not possible as it could be very lengthy but a copy would be emailed to us .Unfortunately we could not open the email . At this point our solicitor Mr.R Styles from Walker ans Sharpe stepped in to advise us . Mr Styles located the home report and explained its content and how it would affect ourselves financially . The property needed extensive work for woodworm, wet rot and dry rot which could not be seen by the naked eye. We estimated that in total Mr Styles advise has saved us a minimum £135000 with the buying of and then repairing of the property we nearly bought . We would like to thank Mr . Styles for his advise which allowed us to make an informed decision as to buy or not . M and G Digan
