GooglePeter and team have supported us to buy and sell our house in the last 3.5 years. Both times they were extremely helpful with answering all our questions in a timely and pleasant manner. If Peter wasn't available (on holiday) the team were always able to point us in the direction of another team member if required. Great team and if we were staying in Scotland would definitely use again. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleBraidwoods recently sold a family house for us. I cannot recommend Katie and the team at Braidwoods highly enough. You get 100% of what you pay for and you feel like your best friend is dealing with everything for you. If you are selling a house in the area Braidwoods should be your first port of call. Google only allows five starts but we would give them many more. Thanks to Katie and Fiona for everything.😎

GoogleExcellent Company to deal with. Any contact whether by phone or e-mail is handled promptly. When selling our business we were kept fully informed at every stage, and any communication between our solicitor and the buyers solicitor advised to us. I cannot praise the company enough. Thank you for being totally focussed on what we wanted to achieve. Peter Braidwood was superb. Thank you again.

GoogleWe recently employed Braidwoods to act as our solicitors to cover the legalities of a land purchase. Mr. Peter Braidwood and his team worked steadily for three months in this effort - always professionally, but also always with a personal and caring manner - the best of both. Peter explained the process throughout, so that we felt comfortable in understanding every twist and turn along the way. Next time we need a solicitor again, we will contact Braidwoods, and ask for Peter! We heartily recommend his services.

GoogleWhen I make offer, the company just keep mute. No feedback on the offer, I called twice before a staff start sharing blame to another staff for not giving feedback. I do not thknk they are organised

GooglePeter was our solicitor. Would 100% recommend. Professional, straight to the point, and responsive. We appreciated the patience Peter also had, due to us being first time buyers and asking questions.

GoogleWorking with Peter was a pleasure, articulate straight to the point which is what I needed with a difficult purchase that got over the line eventually. Best sign of satisfaction is I would use Peter again, but I suspect this one may be my last.

GoogleDo NOT try and buy a hose from these people. Without a doubt the worst estate agent to deal with. Do not tell them how much you are willing to pay as they will use this to drum up more interest in property and at the last minute take it to a closing date. We put in 2 offers for a house and got strung along for a week, there was no attempt from the agent to negotiate the price so we agreed a price with the owner. He was quickly talked into putting the house to a closing date and we lost the house being the second highest bidder all due to their sneaky underhand tactics.

GoogleFirst time buyer experience Contacted Braidwoods to assist in purchasing my first house. GoogleUtter shambles of a place. Called about a house I wanted to buy and it took two weeks to even arrange a viewing as none of the staff had a clue what was going on with the propery. One person said it was sold and another said it was not. By the time a viewing was arranged the house was gone. Not a chance I would use these, ameatuer doesnt even come close!!
