Thank you for taking the time to review our services, we take your opinion seriously. As you are aware, this was an unusually complicated sale with our vendor being very unwell and unable to communicate. Working with her family, we did our best to progress the transaction through complex Land Registry and legal issues. Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, there was a protracted delay, with probate being required. We hope that you are enjoying your new property and that the renovation work is going well.
