When a house sale or purchase goes smoothly it is so easy to dismiss Estate Agents as doing nothing to earn a large chunk of commission. In fact, few sales/purchases go smoothly and, when you hit problems, you really need people like Branch Manager, Stan Heeks, and his staff on your side. Their excellent communications skills and can-do attitudes undoubtedly contributed to the successful conclusion of one of the most difficult sales we have ever experienced. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
