Hi Dominic, I am sooty to see your 5 start review reduced down to 1 star on the basis the landlord has disconnected the gas fire due to the gas safety requirements. As the property has central heating the landlord has taken the decision to not replace the gas fire. As you may appreciate this decision is totally out of our hands so can I ask if you would mind reconsidering your 1 star review please?

Can we ask why you have rated us as one star? We can't see you are a customer or client of ours.

Hi Abdul, I have investigated this call and I'm afraid to say the staff member in question was merely trying to assist you as you wanted to speak to someone about a commercial letting however the person you were dealing with deals with our commercial lets and they would of been the quickest and most accurate person to talk to. Unfortunately your offer was not accepted and this seemed to frustrate you. We do apologise if your declined offer was upsetting however as you may appreciate this decision is one out of our hands. We will take on board your comments and look to continuously improve our excellent service.
