GoogleExactly what you would expect from a back street Droylsden estate agents. Lack of understanding of professional standards and customer service. Down at heal staff eating their lunchtime pot noodle at their desk. Not the sort of people you would choose to do business with.

GoogleBit of a joke. Houses overpriced rentals and not properly maintained. Say they only rent to professional people, would love to see their definition of that. For private owners near a saltsman rental must be terrible for the type of people they rent to! The private owners then get treated with contempt by saltsman. Worst estate agent in tameside and probably Manchester.

GoogleKevin at Saltsmans helped us with a boiler issue caused by the recent cold at our property. He reassured the tenants and quickly fixed the heating problem without the need for a plumber. GoogleFantastic experience with Tomasz at Saltsman & Co, more importantly during such a difficult time during the Covid-19 lock-down he was contactable. This meant we could communicate and negotiate during this period in order to sell our property. I can't recommend this estate agent highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Very dishonest and nasty agent that threat the tenant not telling the truth the public. They also disclosed the landlord’s detailed information without sorting out the problems. One for their directors Kevin Ruthven is a hypocrite who is really really really irresponsible and arrogant inside. We paid £1195 for the rent one month and the house suffered 4 robberies within 18 days but the agent did nothing to increase the safety. They did not even tell the landlord at the first two times after the robberies. If they did something, the third time won’t happen. They don’t care the tenant’s safety and life. They only care about their own money!
