I recently had my house rented out and used Anthony Byrne Property Services. I found them great to deal with. They were on top of all the details and had new tenants in my house within a week and for the rent I was looking for. Wendy was extremely thorough in how she checked all the references of potential tenants and did all the necessary background checks. She kept me in the loop at all times which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Anthony Byrne Property Services to any potential landlords looking for peace of mind.

This is our first time venturing into renting and as it is our first time we had no clue on where to start or what to do. We went to Anthony Byrne Property’s where we got paired with Duane who became our estate agent and our true helping hand. He made our experience of being first time landlords a breeze. We as many where sceptical about going with an estate agent and thinking we could do it all alone. We were very naive on what was ahead of us and what an estate agents role really was. I was a tenant with Anthony Byrne Property Services from Jan 2010 until May 2021. Any issues with the property were dealt with quickly, professionally and promptly . Sharon who did the inspections was fantastic. Have nothing but positive things to say about the entire team, and my experience with them over the whole tenancy was great. Anthony was especially helpful when the tenancy with the landlord ended by providing advice and relevant documents and references. Thanks to you all.

Very unprofessional, house come without clearance ( lots of outstanding bills - all problems are pushed on new owner ), keys left beside meter, they don’t make you feel like you buying your new home, I never met with such a incompetence. After having a bad experience with another estate agents we could tell right from the start he was very professional at his job. He was excellent at keeping us updated throughout the whole process from start to finish. He was available anytime for us to contact him if we had any questions. Cannot thank the team at Anthony Byrnes enough for all their help over the last few years with renting my property and eventually selling it. Anyone I came into contact with was courteous and extremely professional. All queries were dealt with swiftly and both Cathal & Anthony were really helpful. They were understanding of my work commitments making sure to contact me via email and text when required which was a great help for me.
