GoogleMy partner and I recently rented an apartment through Anthony Byrne and had a truly positive experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and professional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our tenancy. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue in the apartment. Thanks to their efficient online reporting system, we were able to log the problem easily, and it was resolved within just a couple of days, which we were delighted with. The service from the team was consistently excellent, but we would particularly like to highlight Victoria, who went above and beyond to help us with any queries we had. We couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism we received, and we would gladly recommend Anthony Byrne to anyone looking to rent.

I usually don't write reviews, but in this situation, cooperation with Anthony Byrne Property Services was so pleasant and fruitful that I do it with pleasure. We had a difficult situation and housing was extremely necessary, Victoria, to whom I express my deep gratitude and appreciation, helped us a lot. She approached the matter not only as a high-class professional, but also with human participation, she really tried to help us. A very nice person. Google2 months ago, my family needed a house to rent very urgently and we turned to this company. In a short time, they found a house that is completely suitable for my family. We especially want to thank the employee Victoria ❤️ for the incredible help before the contract was signed and for incredible support so far. Googleworst agency ever, I called them two days ago to ask about property to rent is it still available and they said yes it is give me your details one of the agents gonna reach you out so I give one day and then call again and they are saying its still available give your details so I did again so I were hoping to get that.I have decided to go and see a property myself and ask neighbours about property and what do you think the property is already rented for someone and they even painted some walls. Dont trust if they say property is available. I will avoid this inappropriate agency

We publish that all rental enquiries are to be made online through out application portal. We cant see that you have made an application through this portal. Without exaggeration, each property advertised for rent at this time is receiveing 100's of enquiries. We are sorry to see your disappointed, we dont know which property you are speaking of but we understand all applicants frustration with the lack of suitable properties available to us for rent. GoogleThe team at Anthony Byrne are exemplary at what they do. If you are thinking of letting or selling your property do it with Anthony Byrne properties, they will look after you and your property. If you’re thinking of renting a property, know that when in your tenancy your property will be maintained should you have any issues. I’ve have been dealing with Anthony Byrne properties for 2 years, and nothing is ever a problem and any issues within my property they have repaired and replaced without hesitation and instantly. Cathal and Duane have been professional, efficient and have gone above and beyond. The service and maintenance team they have are also excellent in what they do. I can’t recommend this property agency enough for all your property needs.

GoogleAnthony Byrne Property Services looked after the sale of two properties for me. I found them to be very hands on, accessible, responsive and professional. I am in business myself and of course had to consider if I might be better placing the properties with one of the bigger groups. I am so glad I didn't! Anthony and his team were always available and kept me up to speed every step of the way. They had great ideas on how to present the houses in the best light and their brochure and photography were just fantastic. They use all of the same channels as the larger chains, but you get the personal service and the personal touch. If you are looking for a team that want to get you the best outcome, then look no further.

GoogleVictoria was a good real estate, she gave us a chance to view the property even though rest of the agents in daft don't even reply to any mails we send. Victoria gave us a good apartment and not expensive one in Drogheda town center itself.

FacebookFantastic service from Anthony Byrne Property. My rental property was only vacant for 1 week between tenants before new people moved in. Their agent Wendy was amazing she listened carefully to my wishes and was extremely diligent in finding me the exact type of tenants I asked for. She ensured that the changeover of tenants was seamless including all of the paperwork/utilities etc all of which was at a very reasonable cost. There were absolutely no worries or concerns on my behalf and I can relax now knowing that the most suitable tenants are now residing in my former home. � thank you Wendy �
