FacebookDid a great job selling my last property. Found a buyer really quickly and at asking price. When the sale started to take its time, DAH dug deep and helped get it over the line. Which is exactly what you need and what you won't get from other Estate Agents. Would highly recommend.

Googlesold us a fake £12,000 Rolex watch i would not trust this auction house with a bucket let alone a Rolex watch and god forbid a house! Buyer absolutely BEWARE Letter from Rolex claiming unable to service as too many fake parts Rolex request immediate removal of trademark from watch, NOT PROOF? We know you got the message from them... Numpty
Leaving a review on our Estate Agency business relating to an unsubstantiated claim about our fine art auction saleroom is neither relevant or fair. You were given every opportunity to prove your claim of none genuine Rolex parts being present in the watch, but failed to do so.

We are sorry that you feel our customer service deserved a poor review. It would never be our intention to be rude or disrespectful. We understand your frustration, but as we explained, your request would have been a waste of everyone’s time, given your current circumstances, and the situation with the property you were enquiring about. We work very hard to deliver a first class customer service, and although it is your right to leave a negative review, we do feel that it is unreasonably harsh.

GoogleStaff are very friendly, organised and easy to do business with. I find their property photos are realistic and not airbrushed or disproportional. I have used them for all areas of residential sales, letting and valuations.

GoogleComplete waste of time. Several phone calls other past few week to book viewings for 2 properties, each time told person I need is busy but will ring back shortly.......... still waiting. Went to another company viewing arranged for next day and applied for half hour later, picked the keys up this morning. Save your time and don’t attempt to use, people I’ve spoken to all said same not one good thing said about this agent

GoogleCalled regarding a rental property, 2nd attempt with this company, told the person I needed to speak to was busy, 2 weeks later, still no phone call back, chased up and again nothing. Second time this has happened with Dee Atkinson, very poor, wouldn't bother wasting your time.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience. High customer service levels are very important to us but it is hard to assess the situation fully without more specific information. Often, we do need to make rational decisions on behalf of our landlords where suitability for their property is judged on the basic information given at the time of enquiry. For example, we had someone recently enquiring about a three bedroom cottage that, because we had been in it and knew the size and layout, was instantly deemed not suitable for two adults, five children and a pet that the enquirer wanted to occupy it! Not being judgemental, just realistic. I would appreciate it if you could contact me directly at driffield@dee-atkinson-harrison.co.uk so I can look into your particular case in more detail.
